HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!?

My poor 13 year old male cousin wants to go to a public school in Brooklyn, but his parents are acting like es sayin he've been to 4 different schools, 2 private, 2 public, but the last one, it's a school upstate where kids where got arrested, and he keeps begging his mom to please send him to the school he wants to go to, his mom says some excuse, and then he and his mom had fight, and then sudden his dad came down stairs and threatining him saying,'' Say anything about school, I'm gonna take the internet away from you, and saying stuff that knows that will get him mad, and then his mom agrees with his dad saying '' you can't keep changing school to school, and says you're there for a education, and my cousin gets mad, and he wants to go to a school in Brooklyn, New York named M.S. 587 or M.S. 2. but school starts on Tuesday!!!!!, and he really needs help before Tuesday, so can anybody help me, please, I'd appreciate it.
