My python aquarium filler/drainer has developed some moldy spots on the inside?

My gravel vacuum has the same thing. I think it's pretty much inevitable, and not much to worry about. I don't know if I'd risk bleach, if you fill your tanks with this, too - I wouldn't want to chance any bleach getting into your tank
