Can I quit a job I just took without losing my unemployment?

I am on unemployment and am desperately seeking work. I just took a job working with MRDD individuals providing residential direct care. I found out last week on my 2nd day of training that the two people I will be working with require toileting help, ie cannot wipe themselves. I am good around blood and guts, but get nauseous around feces etc. I do not think my stomach will be able to take it. I am afraid that I will get penalized for rejecting work. I admire people who can do this work, I just don't think I can.
