Clock, Need some information?

need more information on this clock Will start from top to bottom, It is a very heavy clock, yet it is only about 12-15 inch's tall approx and is only at most 4 inch's thick. I think it is Russian with the lettering on the face, It reads, Cehtia6peBb, Now this lettering, it is of course not a six, but without the lettering on the keyboard this is what it looks like, and the b at the end is liek a b with a tick at the top corner of it, hence why I thought could be Russian. has some lettering on the bottom of the face but I dont have letters on ketboard to describe them, face is like jar of jam, fat and stout, about 3 inchs thick and has a gold coloured thing on it that leads to the shaft, the gold coloured thing is like a bow with leaves tied at front and back, and is solid not hanging. the shaft is about 6 inch's long and has groves leading from top to bottom, it sits on a base that sits on little gold coloured legs. thers 2 green circles at bottom, maybe jade, it is green tho.
