Serious answers onlyy! show interution?

are the shows going to be interrupted tonight because of the speech, or will they start them at the beginning? i have been waiting all summer for the premier of criminal minds, and quite frankly i am pissed he is even coming on at 9:01 tonight, i mean really, why cant he come on during the nightly news? ok anyways if anyone knows please answer!
