Is it possible? i would like to know A.S.A.P.?

I really like Gambit of X-men. Is there a way that you can set a card on fire without using the other hand before you throw it? just your fingertips and only one hand. I was thinking of sticking the end of a match on one fingertip, and sticking the thing that ignites it on the other. And ignite the match while the card is in your hand. Will this probably work?
