My school lunch has whole wheat nachos with chili and cheese, and its a pretty big thing of blue, white and red chips, with two cups, one with cheese and one with chili. Apparently, its 328 calories, 24 g protein, 29 g carbs, 12 g fat (3.7 g saturated), 3.22 g fiber, 3,27 mg iron, and 828 mg of sodium. Could these nutrition facts be wrong? Do they include the chili and cheese? Is this ok for weight loss at only 328 calories?
