Best moisturiser that will work best on oily skin please. I am in my early 40s also.?

I am in the UK and I am not sure what the hell has happened to my skin, but it is changing. I have noticed my pores are getting larger and my skin seems to have lost its spring, especially around the mouth and jawline. It doesnt seem to matter what I use on my skin, my face always ends up feeling greasy. I dont know weather it is the products that are not suited to me, or if it is just my skin. I have noticed fine lines and open pores on my cheeks also. My skin seems to be more sensitive that it use to be. I have been using Loreal revitalift but that makes me feel greasy so does boots uplifting day and night cream. I am using a repair night cream for mature skin from the Avon at the moment. I dont know if thats suitable. It feels nice when I put it on a night , and I only use abit, yet in the morning, my face is like a skating rink. I am unsure what cream I should use in the day. Skin is sagging and looks rather dull and pores need to be reduced.
