Does anyone know why tampa bucs played the washington redskins twice in the 94 regular season?

The schedule makers back then could schedule to play other teams in the NFC twice. Now of course they only play teams inside of their division twice. Tampa Bay actually beat the redskins twice in three weeks back in 1994.
