Does he want to be wiv me or is he lookin for bit fun?

i been going out with this man for for 3 weeks. he really busy working 3 jobs and that so he can pay off sum debt he owes family members, which know is true. when see me when he got sum spare time or break when c him its Just apart from first 3 time and other time i said no and he pestered me for bit then said i really like you and respect you , we chill after wards for bit but that's all seems to be. he says in past he hasn't been out with girl for over year before he met me cause his real busy . He says he really likes me/ saying fall in in love with me and he cant help him self when see me but to have and that when payed off debt he be able to see me more often. he forced into marriage before and he didn't love the woman but they had 2 kids together their divorced now and he says his family ain't bothered about setting him up with next woman.
