The Double Jeopardy Law Should be abolished.?

Can someone please help me support this statement for my debate. I'm a junior in high school, and I have to debate the topic of whether the double jeopardy law should be abolished, with another person. I say yes but there is strong evidence against my idea. Can someone please help
