How long do guys last there first time?

just wondering...me & my bf are both virgins..and if we did it in the future..I know it might hurt for me ( how much who knows but i trust him and am comfortable with him and know he will be gentle with me).....but how long does it last? I mean i hear a lot of sucky stories of ppls first time! and i just want to be....satisfied lol..the whole a few minutes then what its over? I just want to MAKE. love. u know...
