How to resume a failed WoW patch?

My computer unexpectedly shut down, consequently doing away with 3 1/2 hour's worth of patch downloading. Is this a lost cause, or is there any way to resume it? I tried going into WoW, but it said that it failed to initialize. Thanks for the help.
