I need help finding a certain credit card?

Ok. I have got this strange math project where we are supposed to find things about real life stuff. Hence, I need some help finding a credit card which does not have the option of an interest-free installment plan. Which means, it has an interest installment plan. However, i am a Singaporean. So, people who are familiar with Singapore, pls help me find a credit card from a bank which has such a credit card. Pls provide sources which you got the info about the credit card from.
