I took 4 sleeping pills, will this harm my system?

I'm about to get very sleepy... I took 4 pills on empty stomach, I did it because I'm suicidal. I wanted to take enough pills to knock me out and then go sleep in my car. But now... I don't really want to kill myself I'm having a breakthrough. But I don't know what the 4 pills will do the say max to take is 2 in 24 hour. Am I damaging my organs or will I just become sick? I don't know what will happen now.
