I make porcupine meat quite often bc they are so simple.. I am on a high protein low carb diet, while heavily lifting weights 4-5 days a week. All that is in them is: Ground beef, Whole grain rice, 1 can condensed tomato soup, and 1 cup salsa. I can't see anything bad about them? And I get two solid meals out of one batch, and eat them with aprox 1 cup of frozen vegetables. Any comments, or tips?
