My 2 year old son chest on left side is swollen the size of an egg?

I noticed today that my 2 year old son's chest on the left side is swollen about 1 inch out and 3 inches long closer to center of chest. It is soft and squishy to the touch and it doesn't bother him at all. Im not sure what it is!
