Nauseous 3 months after coming off the pill?

I stopped using Yasmin about 3 months ago. i had the initial bleeding 2 weeks after and then nothing until 2 days ago. Very light bleeding for about 2 days and then I started to feel nauseous yesterday. It's been going on for 2 days now. i had protected about 2 and half months ago. Is it possible that I can be pregnant?
