What Step by Step Plan should I use to start my own publishing company & communication empire?

Im interested in starting a publishing company and communication empire dedicated to the things that interest me most. I have many great ideas but I need a good business plan from which to work towards each of my goals. I expect greatness and at the least will end up with a great life.
