Help please so there is this guy from work?

and he knows i have a fiance and anyway about a month ago me and my fiance got in a fight and were close to breaking everything off and he was kinda my shoulder to lean on because he has been a pretty cool friend. and like a week and a half after our disputes we got a lot better better than we have been in a long time and anyway this kid from work will not leave me alone at this point always texting me telling me im beautiful giving me hugs all the time calls me babe and its just gotten so annoying and creepy its gotten to the point where he will leave when i leave from work and follow me out to my car and i ignore him and drive away and he followed me home once too and whenever he texts or calls i ignore him and i don't know what to tell him because he is also best friends with my sup and manager so i can't be nasty or else i could possibly get on their sh** list and they'll find a way to get rid of me i've told my boyfriend and he told me to tell him to back off or there would be a restraining order held against him what should i do.
