Husband filed our taxes online jointly without me knowing. I had planned to file separately and he knew this.?

Can I refile my taxes? What do I do? We are in the middle of a divorce; just split recently. He owns a business and didn't want to pay taxes so he claimed my kids and me without me knowing. I will get a refund back and I want that refund. I didn't sign any income tax papers that allowed him to do this. Please tell me what I can do.
